Before using CallGuide E-sign
The first thing you have to do is to define the look of a document flow. There are three important settings to consider:
- People
Who are the intended concerned parties and which information is required for the various roles? Who needs to sign and who does just need to take part of the signed document? Who must be able to follow a document through its life cycle, today and much later?
- Templates
Which documents may be included in your flows? Collect the document files to be used and specifically the ones that could constitute templates.
- Media
How to deliver information for each respective document and where will they be read/signed? Could be a link in an email or a sms, on your web page or via a person with a tablet. Maybe you require different documents with different layouts depending on interface?
